Impact College #1

The first Impact College of 2021 is just around the corner! Rob van den Dool, CEO and founder of Yumeko and Dr. Egbert Dommerholt, Lector Biobased Business Valorization are impacting the program.

The Northern Netherlands is at the forefront when it comes to the transition from linear to circular economy. This can be seen very clearly in Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe, where companies and initiatives with forests are growing out of the ground.

To support this movement, Impact Noord, Hanze University of Applied Sciences, HanzePro and the University of Groningen are jointly organizing a series of impact lectures. With the first Impact College on September 21 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM in which Rob van den Dool will tell his story as a practical speaker.

You may know Rob van den Dool from the social enterprise Yumeko . As founder and CEO, Rob tries to change the world while sleeping. With fair trade and organic bedding, sustainable duvets and responsible business operations.

An introductory scientific introduction will be given by Dr. Egbert Dommerholt, Lecturer Biobased Business Valorization. The scientific introduction underpins, supports and gives context to Rob van den Dool's case history.
