Wies van 't slot, 365Werk

Wies worked for Young Capital right when it started growing explosively, but she still felt like something was missing. She started her own employment agency, called 365Werk. The company now has a revenue of €13 million and Quote magazine named her one of the 100 most influential Dutch businesswomen.

José Woldring, The Media Nanny

With her PR company The Media Nanny, José represents some of the biggest names in the music business, like David Guetta and Martin Garrix, as well as brands like G-Star Raw and Deliveroo.

Jantine Doornbos, FoodDrop and Dropper

Jantine founded FoodDrop three years ago and, keeping with sustainable deliveries, she recently started Dropper, a platform for last mile delivery, for which she received €200,000 in funding.

Janneke Hadders, Dacom

Janneke Hadders took over the Dacom family business in 2013. The company has been an international authority in agricultural consulting for 30 years and is active in over 50 different countries.

Jolijn Creutzberg, Van Hulley

Van Hulley is probably one of the most well known social impact companies in Groningen. Founded by Jolijn, the company employs underprivileged women and uses discarded clothing to make new clothes.

Linda Dijkshoorn, EV Biotech

Linda founded EV Biotech a little over a year ago and has already brought in €1 million in funding. The startup uses predictive modelling to create chemical compound producing bacteria, which is a revolutionary and sustainable way to create compounds needed for chemicals.

Marion Tjin Tham Sjin, Splendid China.

Marion is the founder and owner of Splendid China, a company that supports Dutch export activities to China and also helps European entrepreneurs. The company has offices in Appingedam and Shanghai and Marion was recently awarded the International Trade award during the Wintrade week in London.
