Tomorrowmen wins Programmatic Award

Tomorrowmen

The fast growing digital marketing agency Tomorrowmen took home an industry award during the Programmatic Awards ceremony last week. The Groningen based agency came up with an innovative online campaign for funeral insurance company Yarden, geared towards a young audience.

The Programmatic Awards were given out in Amsterdam last week by IAB Netherlands, an independent trade association for digital advertising and innovation in marketing. Tomorrowmen won the industry award in the Branding & Awareness category.

Tomorrowmen is part of marketing group 1UP, which also includes Amazon specialist AMAZIN and TRGR creative agency. They was asked by Yarden to come up with a campaign for the 18-35 demographic. The agency came up with a concept that targets young people online, centered around important life events. Preliminary research showed specific life events were ideal to generate awareness in millennials, make them plan ahead and encourage them to buy funeral insurance.

The judges of the Programmatic Awards praised the pragmatic approach and successful results for this challenging case and hard to reach demographic.

“We’re really happy with this award”, says Tomorrowmen’s Senior Digital Marketing Consultant Jos Keuning. “Especially because we came up with this creative concept and had great results with the clever use of different media.”
